Title: Director of Product Development
Howard Chalmers is passionate about discovering product solutions to real business problems. He has over 20 years of business-to-business software development experience as a developer, project manager, scrum master, and product owner. He came to Macy's to lead the agile and product transformation for one product team and has contributed to the growth of and Agile/Lean mindset and practices across the company. Chalmers now leads a team of product managers focused on the next generation of systems to power Macy's for the next decade. He holds a BS in Business Administration (Management Information Systems) from Auburn University.
