Developed successful products which have done well in terms of Revenue, Customer Satisfaction & Promoter vision. These products are primarily focused in Telephony, Fin-tech and Digital transformation.
I started my journey from Linux network stack developer in year 2002 during college days. Built first UI for squid proxy server in those days using QT Tool kit. Steadily I added more skills in basket and started hands on VoIP protocol-SIP in early days which is now core part of 4G Volte and many other collaboration software. Developed first contact center using VoIP and deployed in emerging outsourcing market in 2002-10 decade.
Got first startup exposure in year 2006 to build true Video telephony exchange. I took leadership in establishing team, core architecture and launch of services in 12 Months. We did it with 18 people team. Startup was known as Renovau.
After this start up I joined Voice Interconnect Service Provider group Bankai International’s technology subsidiary Panamanx Inc in Year 2008. Here I spent more than decade and developed more than 10 products in area of BSS/OSS, Fintech and Financial domain. I took leadership in hiring and mentoring right skillset of developers, setting up required governance and support system across organization. We started from only 4 people team to now 500 + organization and still thriving more. We developed products which are deployed across globe in leading telecom & financial service providers.
Now I am leading new product development initiative at Sterlite technology. My current focus is to develop next gen Digital transformation and Customer Engagement platform. Here we are solving problem for CSP to transform all their services around customer rather then CSP.
