I am a highly inventive Canadian computing science graduate who is passionate in learning new technologies and providing the best quality of innovative technology to the World. I am currently focusing on gaining experience in practising agile methodologies as Product Owner and/or Scrum Master on software development environment. 

My job experience has provided me exposure to different aspects of IT industry including:
◦ Initiating and facilitating team retrospectives and internal processes improvement;
◦ Customizing and debugging Android and iOS mobile applications compiled from Java, Kotlin,  Objective-C and Swift;
◦ Manipulating data using SQL queries on SQLite, Microsoft Access, MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle Databases;
◦ Providing onsite and help desk support to company product's end users in order to troubleshoot and triage technical issues;
◦ Designing web applications using PHP, Javascript, HTML5, Drupal and Wordpress;
◦ Design and generating reports from SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS),
◦ Creating test cases and performing manual testing on custom features developed on CRM applications; and
◦ Performing training and gathering requirements from both technical and non-technical users.
