Felice is a Certified Scrum Master as well as a Certified Scrum Product Owner that has been managing and supporting IT projects for more than 15 years.  She has worked passionately to help organizations utilize Agile best practices to increase project success. Felice has helped teams make the leap from waterfall to agile in various industries including, education, energy, retail, technology, and government agencies.
