Ed Risinger

My name is Ed Risinger and I am an accomplished leader with 20+ years in the IT industry on establishing and managing a variety of operational processes resulting in continuous improvements and increased profitability. My career started in the waterfall world as I was an IT Business Analyst for many years.  Along that time, I served in many positions, from BA, to QA, to Project Manager, and Scrum Master.  

I moved into leadership positions over 12 years ago where I also started down the Agile path.  With my last job of the last 9 years, I built, maintained and developed IT teams to be independent, productive and proficient in agile and waterfall environments. I actively lead, coached, and motivated IT teams and collaboratively interacted with clients, business and outside vendors.  As a new challenge, I now have begun to create and bring new scrum teams online with a growing development company.  My implementation experience includes a wide range of IT consulting assignments throughout the full software development life cycle.
