Elise Nolan has 17 years of experience and increasing responsibility in a variety of project management roles, as well as occasionally dabbling in the product management space. Her expertise began in the world of legal technology and forensic computer analysis (back in the day before people fully understood that digital files last forever). These days, clients reach out to her for expertise in strategic planning and agile development throughout the digital realm – primarily focusing on large, transformational initiatives in the ecommerce, web, and app development universe. Aside from standard scrum master and scrum coaching work, Elise also takes on digital portfolio and program management on large-scale projects.
