David Sierra

I’m a Certified Scrum Professional with 10+ years experience in Agile disciplines such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean, TDD, Large Scale Agile and XP, and have enjoyed being a Scrum Master/Coach for 2 to 3 Agile Scrum teams. Having used traditional methods in the past as a Project Manager and a Business Analyst, I enjoy being a Scrum Master to a greater level.  I am passionate about preaching and teaching others about Agile disciplines any chance I get.  I have experienced the performance results having transitioned from traditional methods to Agile (not without any 'bumps and lumps' along the way!).

BBA Degree in Business and Marketing with Minor in Computers from McKendree University

Originally from New York, I currently live in Kentucky with my wife of 16 years

We have 4 children: 2 sons and 2 daughters, and blessed with 8 grandchildren.

My hobbies are: Spending time with my family, playing Music, Remodeling our house, Vacationing, Photography, Hunting and Target Shooting. I also enjoy teaching when outside of work.
