Title: Agile Coach

David Perreault is an Agile Coach and Scrum Master. I was first exposed to Agile Software development in 2012 where I worked as QA tester for several projects, including a thirteen month long green field project utilizing Service Oriented Architecture.  I was the only QA on that project and it released to final User Acceptance Testing with only three valid defects, a real testament that quality is not sacrificed in Scrum.  In 2016, I started working as a cross-functional QA/Scrum Master with TransFirst and, later that year, transitioned to a full-time Scrum Master after TransFirst was acquired by TSYS. During that time. I led two Scrum teams and saw six projects delivered on-time (some early) with high quality.  During that time, I collaborated with their Agile Coach to shape the company's Agile Process applying to nine development teams and consulted with the QA group to create the Agile Testing Process which is now used throughout the organization.  In May 2018, I moved into the Data Analytics sphere and began working with Alteryx as a Scrum Master/Agile Coach.  I have been working with their various Scrum and Kanban teams assisting their Agile Practice Group in leading continuous improvement as they have been growing and finding need for scaling.  At Alteryx, I have experience with facilitating organization-level demos, PI Planning and org-level Retrospectives.  I am also working at developing Training materials and curriculum for Alteryx's internal Agile Training.  Overall, I have experience with Scrum, Kanban and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and have led teams through the successful completion of five (and counting) large (6+ Months) enterprise projects.  In total, I have influenced five Agile Development Teams and plan to continue leading teams towards agility measured by increases to velocity, quality, time-to-market and predictability.
