Hello, my name is Daniel Peralta! I am an accomplished Agile Leader, focused on team and strategic development and maximizing the value delivery. with over 13 years on different business roles, mainly on IT departments as project supervisor and innovation. I enjoy utilizing current technology and methodologies to revolutionize business operations in a variety of industries, designing and implementing technologies to revolutionize daily business My passions include Agile, product management and cultural transformation. Still, I am a versatile leader and understand that different business settings call for different methodologies; my top goal is always to satisfy a client’s needs and make sure they are comfortable utilizing the technologies that I set in place. I currently work as an Agile Leader and have served numerous high-profile clients through website development and technological integration projects. Here, I utilize methodologies including Agile, Scrum, XP, and Kanban. I enjoy staying current with technological best practices, and have earned four new certifications within the last year months alone. My recent certifications earned include: A-CSM and KMP PDA International recently described me as “active in the face of demands,” and “able to exercise mastery,” as well as persuasive, kind, and both independent and interested in others. I’m results-oriented and able to focus on both long-range and short-term goals, which helps in prioritizing work as needed for a client. I work well under pressure and am always up for new challenges and opportunities.
