I am currently Product Owner (by proxy) for two team teams using Scrum to develop solutions for our Navy customer. One solution is a content management system for technical manual authoring and multi-channel publishing called VULCAN. The other solution is a content repository and electronic distribution system with fantastic search and filtering capabilities called Technical Data Repository (TDR).  My field of expertise is Markup Technologies and in that role I have been a Team Member on the VULCAN project.  The VULCAN team has been using Scrum since 2006 and I have been Scrum Master for many of the Sprints.  The TDR project started using Scrum from the inception of the project in 2007.
