Don Armfield, has over 10 years of diverse agile experiences rooted from real-world experiences a team member, scrum master, product owner and executive/enterprise agile coach. Mr. Armfield works to help organizations as a change agent at the enterprise rank down the all-important delivery teams; providing tactical and strategic coaching, mentoring and training at each level. Don has a proven record of helping firms tear down organizational silos to become lean using techniques from Design Thinking, Lean and Pragmatic Marketing. Armfield holds a Master's Degree in Computer Science with concentrations in Software Engineering & Theory from the University of Massachusetts with undergraduate degrees in Physics and Computer Science.
