Xin Chen

Xin Chen is a certified PMP and CSM since 2017. She has almost 20 years North America IT experience, worked in different industries including Software Development (IBM Toronto Lab), Financial Service (Green Dot Corp), Health Care and Insurance (UnitedHealth Group). She has work experiences as Software Tester, QA Analyst, Business Analyst, Program Manager and ScrumMaster.

In her previous role as one of the brand new ScrumMasters in the company, she has gone through the whole company and IT dept. transition from typical waterfall to Agile process. She has worked with many onshore and offshore teams to learn, to experience and to improve continuously. She also took many company hosted trainings, out site courses, self-learnings, step by step to achieve the goal of being a successful ScrumMaster.
