Casey Welch

Casey Welch - Ms. Welch, a graduate of the George Washington University School of Business with a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.), has acquired over 3 years of professional Agile/Scrum implementation and delivery experience. Her career in Scrum-based software delivery began at AcisTek Corporation where she served as a Scrum Master for multiple Scrum teams serving The US Department of Health and Human Services through custom application development. In addition to her role as a Scrum Master, Ms. Welch also served in as an IT Business Analyst supporting multiple teams and project.

After launching her career in technology consulting at AcisTek Corporation, Ms. Welch joined Deloitte Consulting as a Systems Integration Consultant in the Federal Technology practice. For more than 2 years, she served five unique client entities with a primary focus on IT delivery and Agile implementation and transformation within the Federal/State health industries. Notable clients have included the Military Health System (MHS), the Food & Drug Administration (FDA), and the Commonwealth of Kentucky.

Ms. Welch currently possesses the following active certifications: PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO). She also has an active HHS Public Trust clearance and an active DoD Secret clearance.
