C. Brad Schoening

Brad Schoening is a senior technology manager and architect working with both financial service and software technology firms. In his current role, he manages consulting services for a leading NoSQL database vendor. His background includes an undergraduate degree in Physics from Drew University, and a MS degree in Computer Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign. At the Univ of Illinois, he was part of a Smalltalk research group and worked with leaders in early agile practices such as refactoring (Johnson & Roberts) and test-first software development (Marick).

Brad has six software patents for his work at Cisco Systems and is an Adjunct Professor of Computer Science at Brookdale Community College. Brad also holds ScrumMaster (CSM), Scrum Certified Professional (SCP) and PMI-ACP certifications.
