I am an independent consultant, Agile Coach, Product Owner and Scrummaster with solid experiences with CMMI, Lean, Scrum and Safe. 

In addition to get a good Scrum implementation in the team, I am experienced in scaling Scrum to larger organisations. I have written several articles on experiences from combining Scrum, Lean and CMMI, and presented them at international conferences like SEPG 2007, Agile 2007, Agile 2008, Agile 2009, Agile 2011 and OOP 2014. On several occasions I have also participated as reviewer of submissions to conference tracks. 

I am an EBA, PMP certified Project Manager, Certified Scrum Professional (CSP). Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner(CSPO), experienced in managing software development projects and passionate about creating even better performance and happiness in projects and teams.
