Catherine Nkomba - I have been working in the software development industry for over twenty years in capacities such as systems programming, software technical pre sales, software testing, software quality assurance management, Agile project management and Scrum Master, using the Agile framework. I have worked at organizations like NASA, General Electric, UNISYS, Department of Energy, Computer Associates, Landmark, and Blue Cross Blue Shield. I have come to fully embrace Scrum and Agile as a very efficient way to get the work done, but most importantly, it empowers teams to be cohesive and sustainably high performing while reducing employee burnout. I hold current certifications for CSP, CSPO, CSM, CSP-SM, CSP-PO, Agile Coach (ICP-ACC), Agile Team Facilitator (ICP-ATF), PMP and ITIL 2011.
