Christine Harris is a software engineer with a background in the human genome project, enterprise management software, embedded systems, and mobile application development. She spent the first ten years of her career working on large waterfall projects, and the following years working on Agile projects. The switch to Agile methodologies and Extreme Development practices resulted in better collaboration between developers on her teams, better communication with project stakeholders, better products with higher quality in shorter periods of time, and a much better work-life balance. She is very excited about Agile and Extreme Development practices, and works with her teams to continuously improve processes, products, and code quality.
