I am a Digital Marketing professional specialised in enterprise search and performance-driven marketing.
My professional career began to move towards web development and internet marketing with the boom of the Internet back in 1998.
Learning to build websites with HTML gave me the right foundation and experience to get my first unofficial job as an Intranet developer while working as a Project Manager for the British Council. Shortly after, I found my first promotion to run the web presence the same cultural relations organisation the British Council operations in France.
After 6 years of experience specialising in usability, accessbility, search marketing and performance analytics, I got promoted to Global Head of Search Marketing where I got the opportunity to write, develop and promote the International SEO strategies for the organisation. This four year assignment took me to oversee the massive migration of over 110 websites onto a new platform. My contribution to the project was instrumental in defining the strategy for the successful integration of SEO.
At present, I work inhouse for CareerBuilder, a JobsBoard and technology multinational company with a large portofolio of international website. Challenges are different here are the sites tend to be larger and more complex. I am passionate about my job and constantly endevour to be an active team player or leader and focus on ROI-driven project tasks and processes.
