Christian Beck

Dr. Christian Beck works as a Scrum Master and internal coach for a medical device software company. He is a medical physicist and worked as a product manager and (traditional) requirement engineer before he entered the world of agile SW development in 2009. Because of the complexity of modern software development, he developed a strong interest in Scrum and Agile/Lean in general.

He initiated one of the early Scrum pilot projects in his organization, and - realizing that the traditional mindset can only be overcome by help of an external coach - convinced the senior management to invest in professional Scrum training and coaching.

In his current role as "Manager Agile Processes" he takes the Scrum Master role for two Scrum teams and is also responsible for the supervision and ongoing professional development of the other Scrum Masters in the organization.
