Agile Coach, T. Rowe Price

Location: Owings Mills, MD

Certified Scrum Professional
Certified ScrumMaster
Certified Scrum Product Owner

Since 2005, I have worked in Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe practices, coaching many Agile teams while serving as ScrumMaster and Agile Coach. I leverage the Agile Framework and my own experiences to transition teams from their current state to Agile. Prior to Agile, I had more than ten years of experience working on project teams. I believe that Agile is more than an alternate Project Management methodology and I am passionate about sharing my expertise to help teams realize the power of Agile. I hold certifications for SAFe Program Consultant (SPC4), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Product Owner (CSPO), and Project Management Professional (PMP).

T. Rowe Price, Agile Coach
August 2014 - Present, Owings Mills, MD, US
As an Agile Coach, I am passionate about learning new things and improving existing ones. I focus on communication, group dynamics and coaching teams and individuals. I take great pride in my work as a Facilitator and Leader. I am part of an Agile Practice Team responsible for assessing a program/project, creating an Agile transition plan with a process (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban) recommendation, and then executing and coaching teams through their Agile journey. We are building an environment where continuous improvement of the development process is in focus and where everyone’s common goal is to deliver outstanding software as fast as possible while having fun. We have organized Communities of Practice to bring team members from different parts of the organization together to share experiences and learnings.
