Since 2005, I have worked in Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe practices, coaching many Agile teams while serving as ScrumMaster and Agile Coach. I leverage the Agile Framework and my own experiences to transition teams from their current state to Agile. Prior to Agile, I had more than ten years of experience working on project teams. I believe that Agile is more than an alternate Project Management methodology and I am passionate about sharing my expertise to help teams realize the power of Agile. I hold certifications for SAFe Program Consultant (SPC5), Certified Agile Leadership for Organizations, Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Product Owner (CSPO), and Project Management Professional (PMP).
