Barbara Korycki is currently working with Scrum as a ScrumMaster in the IT industry. In this role I assist the development team in each of the scrum ceremonies. After the Sprint Retrospective I identify two items that the team can try to approve on in the next sprint. I escalate or resolve any impediments the team faces. In addition I have experience as a Product Owner in the IT Industry. While I was a Product Owner I created and presented storyboards in PowerPoint to prototype user experience of features in the sprint. I maintained and prioritized the product backlog. I worked together with the development team in the sprint planning ceremonies to plan the sprints for the product backlog items. Also I created the Agile SDLC process for the development team and trained the team on the process. In a previous role I was the product owner of a Supply Chain Planning application and collaborated with internal and external teams to integrate systems and enhance business processes.
