Biography

Robert Keith. As a Certified Scrum Master and a Certified Scrum Product Owner I have been able to help many different companies respond to changes in their business environment. I have had the opportunity to work at the following companies: Willis Towers Watson, Armadeus IT, Measured Progress, Blue Cross Blue Shield. Navinet, and Consortio USA. I have helped each company utilize Scrum Principles to develop new applications in a timely manner. Delivering value to Product Owners and Business Stakeholders has allowed me to see how quickly organizations can react to change.

• Implemented Agile Scrum Framework for 2 new Agile teams charged with building the new Willis Towers Watson Personal Communication Portal. Responsible for setting up all standard Agile ceremonies: Product Backlog Grooming, Sprint Grooming, Daily Standup, Sprint Retrospect & Review. • Mentored and coordinated the Business Support Development team for the creation of Agile artifacts: Working Agreements: User Story creation, Definition of Ready, Definition of Done, and Quality Assurance implementation. • Organized and facilitated offshore Automated Test Teams to create automated test scripts for use in Production Support development.
