Brian Frey brings 20+ years of project management experience which he has developed with various companies including IBM, Sun Microsystems, as a consultant to NASA, Time Warner Cable/Charter Communications, and most recently Hawaii State Office of Enterprise Technology Services (ETS). While working for NASA he led the development and implementation of the Agency’s secure web access management project known internally as the “Access Launchpad”. Brian is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP)® as well as a Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM). He also has a BS in Environmental Resources Engineering from Humboldt State University and a MS in Computer Information Systems from Regis University.
