Title: Scrum Master
I am an experienced Certified Scrum Master with 14 years of Agile experience. I have acted as a Scrum Master for 9 years and Agile Coach for 2 years. I was certfied as CSM in 2017,A-CSM in 2021, and CSP-SM in 2022. I have experience acting as Scrum Master over a variety of projects and team configurations. I have also led internal workshops for my company to help our teams better understand Scrum and its benefits.
I originally come from a Quality Assurance background with 13 years experience as a QA. I have held several positions in this capacity, including management. Currently I work full-time as a Scrum Master, working with several Scrum teams and helping to shape the company's Scrum practices.
