Brad Arnold I have been at EBSCO for 21 years filling a variety of roles as new opportunities have been afforded to me. I have been in sales, marketing operation and project management. I began my Agile journey in 2012 working as a Scrum master, over the past four years I have found my passion in Scrum and Agile. Now moving the organization to the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) I am now more than ever putting the basic tools and foundational principles that I learned as a CSM to use everyday. Coaching Scrum masters and teams in principles and practices to understand how the basics of Scrum lead to consistent value delivery to the customer and the enterprise.
