Bryan Agosto

Raised in Puerto Rico and living In Arizona, Bryan Agosto serves as an enterprise agile coach in the aviation industry.  As a Sr. PM and agile coach, he is known for being an optimistic leader with the ability to adapt, observe, and re-evaluate priorities frequently and efficiently. His focus is on delivering value to the enterprise through quality coaching and detailed feedback for teams while constantly evaluating stakeholders needs and satisfaction.  Acknowledged for increasing positive behaviors to globally disbursed teams together through independent and consensus-conflict resolution while creating safe to fail environment. He is an enthusiastic agile adaptation advocate; working with traditional waterfall teams in finding solutions that improve morale, results and provide long-term solutions.

He has implemented Scrum based frameworks within small businesses and multinational enterprises.  He has experience in applying Scrum to a wide range of practices from IT organizations to construction business.  Having trained over 1,200 individuals at the enterprise level in how to scale Scrum and other agile methodologies his passion for learning and teaching is apparent in all that he does.
