Hi, my name is Alina Meller.
I've got more than 8 years of the management role with greater achievements.
Chief support officer 2009 -2013, Chief administrative officer 2013-2017.
I have got a diploma of "personal art of management" with cum laud in this aspect in Tallinn school of management by Vladimir Tarasov.
My principles are thinking globally with business metrics, management in an ecological way using coaching methods that are letting people to realized and use their potential, keeping up to date in my field and open doors for lifelong learnings.
I had build two departments from the root to the top (Customer service dep. and Human resources dep.)with the strategy that may be adapted to any business. PMI training, Scrum and SAFe certificate, Facilitator.
What I have done so far
-Call center system software implementation;
-Find and opened outsource call center in the Philippines;
-Time tracking system software implementation;
-Budgeting for all projects;
-One of the key role to implement Scrum methodology for 500 ppl;
-Implement Scrum methodology in HR department;
-Implementation process of bonus scheme in the company and for TOP management;
-Build and implement corporate culture using Managment 3.0 by Jungo Appelo ideas;
-Lead the main role to create 3 education programs for external trainees and 2 leadership courses for the internal personnel;
-Provided soft skills and motivation training.
