I am a confident, motivated, creative, and goal oriented leader working as a Program Manager/Agile Coach with Kronos India. I have vast experience in leading large programs planning and execution specially when starting any green field projects.


16 years of experience in managing development projects using various technologies like Cloud, SOA, SaaS, Multi Tenancy (MT), Java/J2EE, HTML5 and Analytics applications using Scrum and waterfall execution methodologies. I got a chance to work in product companies as well as service companies. I have developed and delivered projects right from RFP stage to the handover to support stage. I have got vast onsite experience working with the customers to manage their expectation.


I have been a great team player and have vast experience in managing large teams directly and indirectly. In the past I have been responsible to manage around 65+ team members directly. In the current position, I am working in a capacity where none of the team member is reporting to me. But I have been successfully developing and delivering the projects as a program manager. I have deep experience in ramping up and transforming them into large agile teams.

I am working as a program manager for a product development. My responsibilities in this program are:  I am doing all the planning and scheduling based on these projects.
 I have to make sure that each of the planned activities is on time as per the planned schedule.
 I have to monitor and track each project
 I have to be on top of everything that team needs and I have to make sure that team continues getting sufficient amount of work sprint by sprint and they are not blocked
 Responsible of overall delivery of the product development right from requirement analysis to the delivery
 Working very closely with Development Managers, QA Managers, Product Owner and Enterprise Architect to understand the requirement

I was a development project expert from program management perspective. I was providing consultation to the development projects. I was working as an development manager and agile consultant/coach and my responsibilities were:
 Guide and mentor offshore team for the iGovern product development from technical, functional and program management side
 Agile coaching to offshore team and customer for NHVR project
 Helping team to transition from waterfall to agile
 Providing agile training to offshore teams as well as customers
 Helping product owner to create and prioritize the product backlog
