As a Professional Agile Coach, Trainer, Mentor and Facilitator, Anjali Leon draws on 20 years of hands-on experience and on her natural ability to connect with people, clarify and communicate ideas effectively, and engage insightful emotional Intelligence to help individuals and teams experience greater freedom, excellence, and joy in their work - as she does.

Her experience and proven leadership in diverse roles  - Software Engineer, Project Manager, Scrum Master, Director of Product Development and Agile Coach - make her uniquely effective in helping organizations discover elegant ways of managing work and people and in helping individuals and teams excel in their work with greater energy, creativity, and passion.  Having specific expertise in Technical Agility and developing High Performance Teams, Anjali strives to create stimulating and creative work environments that foster innovation, continuous learning, and improvement with the goal of delivering genuine business value.

Anjali has a Bachelors Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering (Summa Cum Laude) from Drexel University, is PMP certified through the Project Management Institute, CSM and CSP certified through the Scrum Alliance, and is a recognized Agile Team Facilitator and Certified Agile Coach through IC Agile.  She is currently working towards her SAFe certification and continues learning from and implementing the innovations of other Agile thought leaders.  She stays actively involved in her local community - volunteering with the South Florida Agile Association, Family Promise, PEACE, Climate Action Working Group - and she leads the Membership Team at the UU Fellowship of Boca Raton.
