currently i am working with Wipro Infotech as Project lead, handling multiple products. involved in enhancements

here are major projects i am doing

• Kronos- it is one of most important Product, providing functional and technical level support to Genpact. Setting up new entities and change in features and handling day to day issues. Supporting around 50K users across the Globe.

Few Important/Milestones achieved with team

• Currently supporting Kronos application at Genpact largest account for Kronos.                             
• Creating new Kronos interfaces or modifications in existing once
• Change in configurations like accruals and payrule profiles
• Recently setup new entity for US called as B5P, which is new paygroup
• Managing Static and Dynamic Parameters for at application level

• Creating UAT environment for different testing purposes.
• Managing Security of Data and Ensuring accuracy of the Data.

• Server maintenance handling of windows servers.
• Creating adhoc reports on client demands
• Implementation of new changes and new products
• Integrations of different systems

• Jive- Handling product called Jive, it just like social networking tool use for privately within company for different prospective, in Genpact it is called Glue and importantly supporting around 25K users across the globe.
• Taleo-its tool on which new hiring and also for OnBoarding will happened for Genpact, it’s a oracle product. Supporting around 1000 users across the globe.

2. Integration of different systems like SSO

• Mlearn- it’s a tool on which senior leaders take part on different training program on their smart phone. Supporting around 500 odd users
• Primavera- it’s a Oracle product it’s used for project management prospective, supporting around 500 users
• 3M- this tool is used for prescriptions and medical claim calculation and it’s a citirix based application
• Skill Soft- its training tool and used to Genpact for different training requirements
• Simulation/Gen- virtualization- this tool is training purpose, in a simulated environment has been created for Genpact employees
• Egrc- this tool is used for governess tool for different process
• Iperform(success factor)- this tool is used for salary appraisal
• HMM- it’s a training tool used for different training requirements
