A am a Passionate Agile practitioner and Coach. I have been an agile practitioner since 2008. That's the time when I executed first project as a Scrum Master. I also helped the organization to establish Agile practices. I also trained engineers to be successful Scrum team members.
I have also experienced the agile transformation journey and trying to share those practices as I move on to new career choices.
What I have experienced with agile is that rather than focussing on key principles, teams generally get busy in following the practices by the book.
