Over 10 years of progressive project management, and the past 3 of them working as Consultant with Turnberry and applying business analysis and client engagement experience in technical environments. I’m organized and detailed oriented and skilled at creating and maintain key project documentation including process workflows, project scoping documents and training materials. Experience creating and maintaining process/procedural documentation and knowledge in SharePoint, Microsoft Office/365 (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, OneNote, Visio, Teams), Salesforce, Clear Slide, Cisco WebEx, JIRA and Agile/Scum methodologies. Focused on overall organization goals - Developed, implemented and maintained solutions, principles and best practices, including onboarding materials and team building meetings and communications, while acting as overall Program Manager’s delegate for any staffing/team related tasks.
