Responsibilities: Implementing all Software quality and Scrum Agile process to QA, Software development teams and Projects. Managing and building QA teams to support all aspects of software quality on all of the application in the company including four web-base, Mobile and the CRM system SalesForce. Developing and executing test plans and test strategies while working closely with the business groups to ensure it aligns with the company’s goals and direction. Creating new frameworks and improving existing processes to create efficiencies and to reduce cost. Projects: Supporting testing on all the in house and third party applications integration. Supporting main application that processed loan applications from LAMP to CRM SalesForce and using MySQL DB and with some third party API integration to LAMP and SalesForce like (Transunion, Geophone Plus 2/DOTS system, Magentrix, Implementing Adobe Experience Manager CQ5 for Marketing Team. Refactoring the site with using Laravel PHP framework and Working with development team to get to continue integrating and improve code test coverage and get Automation test. Tools: Jira Kanban, Jira Confluence, Bitbucket, Agile Kanban Board, Selenium Web-driver, Percti-test, Fiddler2, Firebug, JMeter, Jenkins, IntelliJ, AWS, AWS CLI, Brew, Eclipse, CQ5 Highlights: • Building and Managing QA, BA teams with budgets and performance reports • Appling and improving SQA processes bring Scrum Agile in to the development and testing teams. • Planning project execution setup Kanban board with Epic, Stories and software development task level process, • Creating and setting up test automation framework by implementing Selenium Web-driver, Selenium Grid for Automation testing, • Review Business and Functional requirements with BA and Development team and running stories grooming meeting • Proven hands-on experience with quality assurance practices, including project planning, test strategy, test plan, test case & test data review and test automation • Refactoring the site with using Laravel PHP framework • Help planning and setting up Jenkins tool for automation, deployment to all environment • Gathered requirements through customer interface, drafted documents defining scope and priority, developed high-level project plans using MS Project. • Prepared test cases for unit testing, system testing, user acceptance testing and verified test logs. • Prepared business documents defining the project requirements and functional scope for the developers. • Reviewing User stories and sprint planning, creating and estimating development and QA tasks • Performing testing on responsive design sites on the following devices Android, IOS Platforms (IPod/IPod/IPad mini/IPhone/GalaxyS4/Note) • Development team to get to continue integrating • Work very closely with development team to discuss outstanding issues. • Using SalesForce to validate user data • Having daily stand-ups and weekly stories grooming, sprint Demo’s meetings
