This two-day Certified Business Agility Coach (CBAC) course is a highly interactive, in-depth course covering why modern organisations need a new approach to business and the theory, practices and rules of Enterprise Scrum. It provides practical guidance for adopting Enterprise Scrum and continuously improving your organisation.
Upon completion of the course, participants are awarded the title Certified Business Agility Coach (CBAC).

Simon Roberts
Simon Roberts MBA is an experienced Scrum coach and Certified Scrum Trainer (CST). He has been using Scrum and helping organisations to adopt Scrum since 2002 and using agile/lightweight methods since the end of the 1990s. He has in-depth experience in introducing and coaching Scrum in large, medium and small organisations. His recent experience includes working with large telcos, financial institutions (insurance and banking) and game development companies.
Karim Harbott
Karim is one of only a handful of people globally to hold both the Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Trainer® (CST) and Certified Enterprise Coach® (CEC) status. He is also a Certified LeSS Trainer®, SAFe Program Consultant®, Accredited Kanban Trainer®, and ICF Professional Certified Coach®.
He specialises in advising organisations on how to work with Agile at scale, business agility, leadership coaching and Scrum Master & Product Owner capability building. Karim is the former Head of Scaled Agile at global strategy consultancy McKinsey & Co.
John McFadyen
John is a Certified Enterprise Coach® (CEC), business and executive coach with considerable experience coaching senior managers and executives at some of the world’s largest organisations, working with them to unlock new perspectives and approaches to achieve their goals.
John blends 15 years experience in Agile and Lean techniques and frameworks from the software development world with his professional coach training and complexity theory to create a unique approach to coaching individuals and groups. This approach leads to a strong focus on end goals, the right level of planning and actions designed to gain momentum.
FAQs
What’s the cancellation policy?
Cancellation is possible up to two weeks before the start of a course without cost. After that point the full course fee is due independent of whether the registered person takes part in the course or not. Participants can be substituted without charge.
