Hello! I'm Pacharawon Boonchoo, though many call me Win. As a Certified and Experienced Agile Coach and ScrumMaster with a robust background in Project & Product Delivery Management spanning over 19 years, I thrive on transforming challenges into opportunities.
My journey began with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, followed by a Master's in Information Engineering. Starting as a Web Application Developer and Telecom Engineer, I quickly transitioned into Project Management, driven by a passion for software development, digital banking, mobile applications, and more.
Currently, I serve as Senior Managing Squad Lead / Agile Coach at IBM Digital Talent for Business, where I lead pivotal Business & Digital Transformation initiatives with IBM Garage --Way of Worrking. Previously, at Bain & Company, I played a key role as an Expert Agile Coach, spearheading a comprehensive program that reshaped digital banking practices. Earlier experiences include leadership roles in Bancassurance Business Management at KBank and transformative positions at Prudential Lao and Prudential Thailand/CIMB Thai Bank.
