Hi, I’m Jon Spruce — Certified Enterprise Coach, and firm believer that Agile doesn’t have to be boring.
For over 20 years, I’ve helped teams and leaders across industries build real agility, untangle complexity, and deliver work that actually matters. From defence and banking to fashion and media, I bring practical tools, honest conversations, and a human-first approach to every engagement.
My coaching is grounded in real-world experience. I don’t do jargon or fluff — just impactful learning, delivered with energy, empathy, and the occasional laugh. Whether I’m working with execs or new teams, I help people connect, communicate, and grow.
Outside of work, you’ll find me swimming in freezing Welsh lakes, renovating properties, or chasing my Private Pilot’s Licence. Life’s too short for dry workshops and soulless slides.
