Patrick Walsh has over twenty (20) years of experience working in the realm of Federal government contracting for agencies within the United States Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Department of Energy (DOE), Department of Defense (DOD), and Department of Homeland Security (DHS). He has focused on the areas of project management, program analysis, contracts administration, process analysis and improvement, public health analysis, public health IT, grants management, logistics coordination, and meeting and event planning. He holds a Master of Public Policy degree with a concentration in Global Medical Policy from George Mason University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from Wake Forest University. He is a Certified Scrum Professional on both the Scrum Master and Product Owner tracks.
