About
Christopher Trudeau is a software architect, full stack developer, technical
manager and most recently an Agile coach. He has spent time managing high performance teams in a variety of industries including gaming, marketing, travel, finance and consulting. His company experience ranges from small start-ups to Fortune 500 players such as IBM, AOL and Disney. He is a Certified Scrum Master, Certified Scrum Product Owner and has Bachelor & Master degrees in Computer Engineering from the University of Waterloo where his research was on the reverse engineering of distributed computing systems.
Christopher has a passion for building strong teams and believes this is
achieved through iterative practices and education. He has been managing and coaching using Agile and iterative development methodologies for over 17 years including Scrum, XP and Kanban techniques. His facilitation experience started with teaching in grad-school and continues through today with his Senior Agile Coach position at agile42.
Christopher has used a variety of technologies to help deliver on many
platforms, most recently specializing in python/Django deployments.
Christopher has published over 40 academic conference and white papers and authored multiple patents.
