Generate Sprint metrics like Burndown-up charts, Velocity chart, team’s productivity chart, Kanban board, etc
Monitor Team’s velocity time to time and worked towards to improve it.
Made the team cross-functional to remove the dependency on anyone. Every person in the team can work anything which others are doing
