Facilitate Release Planning and discussion with customers

Worked as focus and goal centric so that team could deliver the PSPI with highest possible business value

Being a PM also, engaged with customer and PO to understand the business

Ensure the removal of any impediments whether it is internal or external because it impacts an overall quality and productivity of the team

Generate Sprint metrics like Burndown-up charts, Velocity chart, team’s productivity chart, Kanban board, etc

Monitor Team’s velocity time to time and worked towards to improve it.

Made the team cross-functional to remove the dependency on anyone. Every person in the team can work anything which others are doing
