Mohsin Shahzad
Having a good sense of logic and technology from my childhood, I always enjoy myself in the world of 1/0. Developing new things, coding, and learning new technologies, always been my passion. I have around 19 years of industry experience out of the 10 years I spent in programming and the last 9 years, I've dedicated myself to product management. I have versatile experience by performing many roles.
As a programmer, worked on .Net and Java from desktop to web universe. Explored many domains, including apparel industry, contact center business and education systems.
Being the product manager, I've changed the processes in my company, adopting scrum to resolve communication barriers and motivating teams for producing a shippable product.
Worked as a Scrum Master to protect my team from lots of impediments and made them focus on the goal.
Being the Product Owner, communicated with clients for clarifying requirements and translated them into the language of the development team.
Worked with many roles, designers, business analysts, quality assurance, and sales/ pre-sales.
Currently, I'm leading the Agile Transformation in my company and also providing consultancy and coaching to different startups.
