William Fong

William Fong is a proven leader in the technology and business arenas. He has over 20 years of experience spanning software development, quality assurance, system integration, technology and business alignment, process improvement, outsourcing/off-shoring and team building. He is currently the principal and founder of Fong Solutions LLC where he provides balanced solutions and consulting services on program / project management and product development. He was the SVP, IT Solution Delivery at Intersections Inc., a leading provider of consumer and corporate identity risk management services. He oversaw resources in software development, database management, software quality assurance, requirements analysis, configuration management, architectural design and web development. He was the champion and executive sponsor for agile development at Intersections. He set IT strategies, best practices and cost control measures for the company.  Prior to joining Intersections, William was a project manager and software engineer at AARP. While at AARP, William brought in new technologies and methodologies to complement the mainframe systems. Prior to Intersections, William held technical positions at Wyatt Communications (now Watson Wyatt) in Washington DC. 

William earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science (1990) from the University of Virginia. He also earned a Master of Science in Computer Science (1996) and Master of Business Administration (2000) from George Mason University.
