Casey Gordon

Casey Gordon is a software engineering leader with 10 years of Fortune 100 experience leading the evolution of engineering through a focus on Agile transformation, adoption of XP and lean practices, and architectural excellence. Casey leads with a continuous improvement mindset and directly influences organizational and technical modernization to drive forward business solutions. Currently, Casey is the Director of Agile Engineering for U.S. Retail Markets, the country’s 5^th largest personal insurance carrier with over $24B in premium.

Casey is always looking to push the boundaries on how we work by leveraging new approaches and progressive architectures. His familiarity and experience with the implementation of many Agile software development frameworks has resulted in a proven track record of high-quality delivery from happy teams. His diverse leadership background includes Agile roles, engineering roles, and management. In these roles, he has set strategic direction for large organizations through innovation, sustainable practices, and continuous improvement.

Casey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire. He also holds a variety of technical and Agile certifications as well as a provisional US Patent.
