Richard Cheng’s A-CSPO class was very engaging and the pace felt just right throughout. The sessions were highly interactive, and everyone on the call had a chance to speak up, ask questions, and share their experiences, which really helped with learning from one another. All questions were welcomed and answered, making the environment feel open and inclusive. The breaks were well timed, so it was easy to stay focused. The hands-on exercises were great and really got you thinking, and it was nice working with such a great group of people you got to meet along the way.

The course is a great way to learn more about the Product Owner role and skillset. I wish we had more time to brainstorm different best practices and how they can be implemented for different types of projects. Richard has a wealth of info and I would love to spend more time chatting with him about process improvement suggestions and experences.
