Hi I really enjoyed the course and got enough time and space to dive deep into the course and get my thoughts aligned. I learnt many new terms and understood how Scrum is implemented in practice. John McFadyen was very patient with us and gave the personal touch on asking any questions. I gave a 4/5 star on Value for Money because I just received it and can't immediately see its impact. Since I paid for this personally, I will take some more time to evaluate if it were a 5 star. My one recommendation- Before any activity or when we are divided into groups, would be great if the the agenda of the activity is mentioned somewhere, or is simply listed every single time in a box or on comments, if technically possible. I really enjoyed the CSPO course with John. He was a great coach, very personable and easy to connect with. He shared lots of real life experiences that made the content practical and easy to understand. He also got the group talking and involved which made it more engaging, and because the group wasn’t too big it felt more personal. The course was motivating and informative. I’d definitely recommend both the course and John.
