Certified ScrumMaster®

The Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) course led by Mark was highly effective and engaging. He demonstrated strong expertise in Agile principles and provided clear, real-world examples that made the material easy to understand and apply. The training was well-structured, interactive, and encouraged meaningful discussion among participants. Overall, the course was very useful and provided practical insights that can be immediately applied in a professional setting.

Mark was a great teacher. He kept the class moving and interesting. He also made sure we understood the material and concepts as we worked through everything. His dad jokes could use a little work;)

Mark taught a great Certified Scrum Master class and really prepared us for the exam. He kept things light with his "Dad Jokes" and he focused on the material that would be covered by the exam. Passed the test with a 98% as soon as the class was over. Great experience!
