My name is Mike McLaughlin and I'm an experienced Agile Trainer, Coach, Mentor and Practitioner, with over 20 years in the software development industry. I've supported multiple Fortune 500 clients including those in the telecommunications, healthcare, financial services, retail, pharmaceutical, and government sectors. I've presented at various conferences and Chapter events on Agile and Lean topics across the US, and am an active member of the Scrum Alliance, Project Management Institute, and local Agile groups. When not training and consulting on all things Agile, I enjoy visiting National Parks, hiking, and spending time with my family.
