I have been an agile methodologist and coach for over 10 years. I am a CSM, CSPO, and SPC (SAFe Program Consultant).
For the past couple of years, Jim has been an agile transformation consultant at Rally Software working with enterprises that are adopting agile development on a large scale.
I started my agile journey in a telecommunications R&D laboraty followed by a number of telecommunication and IDE start-ups.
