Alan O'Callaghan

Alan  O'Callaghan is a Certified Scrum Trainer (CST) in his third decade of experience applying Scrum as a ScrumMaster, Product Owner, Agile Coach or consultant. He is a Certified Scrum Professional -ScrumMaster (CSP-SM) and Certified Scrum Professional- Product Owner (CSP-PO). He has helped global corporations, small and medium-sized enterprises and start-ups alike achieve Agile fluency. He is a licensed facilitator of the diagnostics tools associated with the Agile Fluency Model, and a member of the Scrum Patterns group - led by Jeff Sutherland and James O. Coplien - which recently published A Scrum Book - The Spirit of the Game. Alan is also a contributing author to 97 Things Every Scrum Practitioner Should Know, edited by Gunther Verheyen and published by O'Reilly.
