After the Abitur I learned Informatikkaufmann as Grimme Landmaschinenfabrik. After studiing vocational teacher I started working as softwaredeveloper at BTC AG in Oldenburg. There I got the first official contact to agile methods. After working in a Scrumteam as Developer I decided that the role of the ScrumMaster meets my skills much better than the developer. So I go the way to become a ScrumMaster in several teams. There I worked with teams and also was doing workshops for management or train new ScrumMaster. In June 2016 I started working with it-agile as Scrum Master and Trainer. Since November 2019 until January 2026, I served CSM Trainings as a CST.
