Title: Owner/Founder/Principal
Michael Hofmann worked with Scrum since 2005 and helped teams as a Scrum consultant and trainer since 2010. Michael was partner and chairman of the supervisory board of oose Innovative Informatik eG (Hamburg) in Germany. Holding a PhD in physics, Michael worked since 1999 in software development projects as developer, software architect, project manager, Scrum Master, agile coach and trainer. In 2013, Michael earned a masters' degree in work and organisational psychology, examining the psychological background of Scrum. Michael earned his CST in 2017.
